This is the logo for my record label, 1977records, named after the year Indie Rock was born. The logo is the peace symbol (a symbol of the 70s) rusting and decayed, showing the general aesthetic of indie rock. The black background makes the logo stand out. The centre has decayed to look almost skull like, showing the theme of decay and danger.
Edit: I removed the background so I can insert it into images more naturally and changed the text colour to orange to make it more visible.
