Shot Count

To do the shot count, I used the alternative rock song by the American rock band, Imagine Dragons. The song has 140 shots over the video, which focuses on the inner demons of the audience members, such as having an abusive, alcoholic father and serving in the military. This is shown with a zoom in as the background and lighting change around the peerson. Fast paced editing is used to how the band members playing their instruments and to show the crowd dancing as the band perform. Elliptical edits are used to show the audience members problems and insecurities, their ‘demons’, and to cut back to the stage. Close-ups are used to show the audience's facial expressions.
